The Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides, and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.
As an Agile Associate you will be part of a transformation program with progressive responsibilities in a variety of business, technical, and professional areas. The program enhances your knowledge of Wells Fargo and the financial services industry within SDI’s Agile Transformation initiative. You will participate in various professional development and networking activities. Agile Associates drive Wells Fargo agile methods and processes to deliver digital products for Wells Fargo customers.
You will receive role-based progressive learning, one-on-one mentorship, and active participation in scrum team activities. Additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities include:
Participating in Agile Processes and utilizing Agile Tools (e.g., Jira / Confluence) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
Driving Value Delivery to the Businesses
We Support Establishing and Maintaining Communication Protocols
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Completed BS/BA degree or higher within the past two years
