Welcome to Benedict College’s Career Pathways Initiative and Service-Learning Program (CPISLP).

CPISLP, strategically centered on career readiness competencies, works to ensure that Benedict students graduate with the skills necessary to be successful in their career pathway of choice. Program staff works collaboratively with faculty, staff and a network of partners and stakeholders to give students access to resources that support continuous and ongoing personal growth and professional development training. Our partners include the following: Employer Advisory Board, the campus, and community at large.

CPISLP is conveniently located in the Tyrone Adam Burroughs Business Development Center in order to give students easy access to the wide range of resources available through our program. With the support of Benedict College’s Career Pathways Initiative and Service-Learning Program, students will be equipped with everything they need to develop the skills necessary to successfully transition from their program of study to their career field and begin their journey towards becoming productive members of the workforce.
